Accomplish has been supplying businesses and their accountants with accounting software since 1992. How did it all begin? Read on to find out more about us and our team.

Our Vision

To ensure that small business owners and their accountants experience 'the simpler alternative' in computerised bookkeeping, assisting them to efficiently manage their cashflow and understand their performance at a glance.

Our Purpose 

Every day we hear stories from Accountants and their clients about how easy it is doing business with Accomplish. Our Support Programme provides 'Awesome' service to those CashManager clients that have joined for complete peace of mind.
Our Business Partners get immediate access to our Sales and Support teams via our Business Partner-only hotline. 

We have a fantastic record of consistently delivering new systems to clients and Business Partners, exceeding their service expectations. Systems are in most cases delivered overnight (in New Zealand and Australia) to minimise any time clients are waiting to use our software. Our Business Partners can even provide registration details to clients over the phone if the client has installed an evaluation version of our software. No delays. No fuss.

Accomplish has been working with Accountants in Public Practice and their small business clients since 1992. This background and focus has enabled us to develop a broad understanding of the issues and challenges faced by small businesses and their Accountants when it comes to client accounting activities.

Accomplish is wholly New Zealand owned and operated, based in Auckland but providing support nationally and to Australia, the United Kingdom and other prospective overseas markets.

Our Support 

We pride ourselves on providing an Awesome Support service 13 hours each business day from 8am to 9pm. Clients who are members of our Awesome Support and Update Programme have peace of mind knowing that our Support Team is available to assist at a time that suits them, as many SME owners do not work 9 to 5!

The Support Team can be reached via phone, fax, email and voicemail with any messages followed up promptly.

Support members can also benefit from keeping up to date with the latest releases of CashManager software when they become available.

Awesome software support and service from Accomplish is something that our Business Partners and their small business clients have come to expect and every member of our team is challenged to take this Awesome service to new levels.

  • How do I set up email in CashManager so that I can send files from CashManager itself?
