Do I need to be connected to the internet to use CashManager Online?

Yes you do, however the program is not web-based so does not require a browser or you to log into a website. The system uses Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) (a link we will send you that gives you direct access to our servers).

Is there any difference in functionality between CashManager Online and the PC based version?

No, it is exactly the same program. The functionality along with the look and feel remain the same, meaning if you are familiar with the PC based version, there is nothing new for you to learn.

Yes. We will provide you access to a website where you can access the Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP). You do not need emulation software to run CashManager Online on your Mac.

How do I print a GST/BAS Tax return and audit trail reports in CashManager?

Printing a GST Return is simple. Click on the 'Reports' button and select the 'GST Return' report under 'Bookkeeping Reports'. Select the month and the Add/Remove any Adjustments you want to make, if any. Click on View and then print the report.

Thank you for your help during the years and also from your support team who we have had to call on once or twice for help with odd things as clients brought files into us. Their prompt assistance has always been appreciated and I know those clients who have also used them have commented on the results they have had favourably.
