Hi We had a power cut yesterday and now I get a validation report appearing when I open the program. It says something about orphan bank records - does anyone know what this means Tks Pam

I don't know what the error means but sometimes running cleanup from the accomplish menu will fix things if they don't work properly. Sam

Where do I find cleanup - it's not an any of the menus?

Hi Pam Go to Start. Then All Programs. Then Accomplish. Theres an option called 'CashManager Cleanup utility' click it and you'll get a black screen. the last line of writing in the screen will say 'Press any key' or something like that. Just press enter and the black screen will go away. then open CashManager and run the validation report again

I have the same problem, and can't do an end of year until its fixed. Have tried the cleanup with no luck. Someone please help
