Can I install a CashManager demonstration on my computer?

 

Yes you can. We encourage you to download our free trial version and evaluate it to really get a feel for how it may help you manage your books. 

On the home page you will see a button entitled 'Download a Free Trial'. Click this and follow the instructions to download the trial version to your computer. The trial version contains 200 transactions and you may take advantage of 30 days free Support.  

Should you decide to purchase the software, simply buy online or contact us to arrange payment. Together with your allocated licence and registration number, your trial version will become your full working version, with no need to re-enter your trial transactions.

I work as an independent Accounting Contractor and CashManager is by far the
easiest of all the accounting packages I use. The reports are simple to print,
there is flexibility in changing coding once the bank statement has been
reconciled and overall, I would recommend the package to anyone.

  • How do I set up email in CashManager so that I can send files from CashManager itself?

  • There are a couple of ways of setting up email within CashManager.

    Click on Setup>Options. Select the Email option on the bottom of the screen.
    A. Enter your email address in the first blank field e.g. Abc@xyz.co.nz

Thank you for the extra time you took to cover the last topic, online, from the Accelerator course I attended in December. I cannot recommend more highly the course content, you as a trainer and as a result of those two Cashmanager as a business accounting programme. I was already singing its praises as an extremely intuitive and user friendly system but the course raised that praise several notches. My only suggestion for something I would like to see would be some time spent with an expert Cashmanager trainer to watch how I do things and suggest any streamlining of those processes if that is available. I also find your support line excellent and would give special mention to Eugene who has got me out of a hole many times. Thank you again (20.01.2012)
