Can I use CashManager on an Apple Mac?

 

We do not have a specific version of CashManager for Macintosh. You can however run CashManager on a Mac provided you run some form of Windows Emulation Software such as Parallels or Boot Camp included with Leopard. (If you are purchasing a new Apple Macintosh computer, it will be pre-loaded with Leopard software, allowing you to run Windows based applications. Both of these options are much better/faster than using VMWare or Virtual PC).

If you are using an older Mac or are simply not sure, we suggest you contact your local Apple Mac provider for more information on the range of Windows Emulation Software available and what is best for you.

I think it is a fair stretch to say Parallels is much better/faster than VMware.
The performance at the moment, apparently, is faster, but not 'much
better/faster'. And I think Virtual PC isn't even a possibility on modern Macs
these days.

  • Yes you can. CashManager has a facility to produce financial reports, however we recommend asking your Accountant about this service. 

    CashManager PLUS offers Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reporting, but unlike the Lite and Standard levels of CashManager, requires some double entry bookkeeping experience to maximise its use.

    Please contact your Accountant or Accomplish directly for further advice on using CashManager PLUS.
