Faisal was the reason for this letter and wanted to tell you what a great support staff you have. He has helped me before and he is always very Patient, very understanding, very pleasant and above all he is extremely knowledgeable. It seems he gives 110% to the customer. The Lock file has grown too large. What should I do?
Run the Cleanup utility (Start | Programs | Accomplish | Cleanup Utility) Then add this line to the [Settings] section if the Cashwin.ini file SetPrivateDir=True (Contact the Support Desk if you need help doing this). |
