Software requirements for working with CashManager Online (Please NOTE: Wordex clients need to follow this link for complete software requirements for the CashManager online )

- Operating systems: Windows XP Service pack 3, Windows Vista Service pack 1 and above / Macintosh.

(If you are using Windows XP Service pack 2 or lower it might not support USB or Multifunction Printers).

If you are using MAC then please follow this guide for setting up CashManager.


To find out which version you are running on please click on "Start" >> Right Click on "My Computer" and go to "Properties" 
OR
Right Click on "My computer" icon on the desktop and go to "Properties". This would show you the Service Pack version.

Note: Windows Vista Service Pack 1, Windows 7 and Macintosh users don't need any updates

Note: There might be Additional setup cost applicable for setting up your printer incase you do not meet the minimum software requirements for the CashManager online.

- Broadband Internet Connection

- Firewall Settings(If applicable) - If you want to use Microsoft Terminal Server (aka Remote Desktop Protocol or RDP) through a firewall, you need to open TCP port 3389

I am a 73 and ½ years old and computer illiterate. Last week, my 12 year old computer not only crashed, but collapsed. I have been using the cash manager program for some years in my business. I have now purchased another computer and at the time, the computer shop transferred as much of my old information across to the new one.
