Support and Update Programme

To compliment every purchase of CashManager, you are invited to become a member of the Awesome Support & Update Programme. While CashManager is an extremely simple program to learn and use, the Awesome Support & Update Programme will provide complete peace of mind as assistance is available should you require it. The Awesome Support Team is available via free phone, fax and email should you require assistance with any aspect of CashManager. And the Awesome Support Team is not called this for nothing. You will experience a level of assistance unlike that from any other software company.

When you join the Awesome Support & Update Programme for 12 months you will receive:

  • A 30 minute phone walkthrough of the key CashManager features (at a scheduled time) if required.
  • Unlimited free-phone, email and fax access to our Support Desk.
  • CashManager software updates via CD or our website, ensuring you are always on the latest version of our software.
  • Access to our CashManager Online Help Centre which includes How-to Guides, FAQ’s, Tutorial Videos, Practical Exercises and more.
  • Replacement software should it be required.
  • Regular emails with CashManager tips and our monthly CashManager newsletter.

Annual Membership Fee

Casual Support

Pay as you go. You pay per incident, so if you need multiple contacts with the support team for one incident – you only pay once Update to the latest version only Just pay for updating to the latest version at that time you can either choose join the support program or take a one off casual call.

Support Policy

We support the latest version and three prior. As at 1st March 2013, this covers CashManager2012 (V17), CashManager2011 (V16), CashManager2010 (V15) and CashManager2009 (V14).
